Mukhtasar: BUY.net.pk sirf aik platform hai jahan log ads lagate aur aapas mein baat karte hain. Deal aap aur doosre shakhs ke darmiyan hoti hai; hum na cheez ke maalik hain, na payment rakhte hain, na kisi ad ki guarantee dete hain. Apni ad aur apne account ke zimmedar aap khud hain. Rules torne par ad hata di jati hai aur account band ho sakta hai.

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of BUY.net.pk ("BUY.net.pk", "we", "us") for your use of the website, the app version of the site and related services (the "service"). Please read them together with the marketplace rules, the restricted and prohibited items list, the privacy policy and the refund policy, which form part of this agreement. By creating an account, posting an ad or using the service you accept these terms.

1. Who can use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.
• If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
• You may not use the service if we have suspended or closed your account.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Your mobile number or email is confirmed with a one-time code.
• Keep your password and codes secret. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• One personal account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

3. Our role

BUY.net.pk is an online venue. Users publish ads and profiles and communicate with each other. Unless we say otherwise in writing:

• we do not own, inspect, store or deliver the items and services advertised;
• we are not a party to any sale, rental, booking or other deal between users, and we are not an agent, broker or auctioneer for anyone;
• we do not collect, hold or release payments between users, and there is no escrow;
• we do not guarantee that an ad is accurate, that an item is lawful, genuine or fit for use, or that a user will complete a deal.

You are responsible for checking the item, the documents and the other person before you pay or hand anything over. Our safety center explains how.

4. Ads and other content

• You are responsible for everything you post: ads, photos, store and provider profiles, messages, offers, quotations and reviews ("content"). It must be truthful, lawful and yours to post, and it must follow the marketplace rules.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize, translate, promote and distribute it on the service and in our marketing for as long as it is on the service, and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups and records.
• We may add a watermark to photos, shorten or reformat text for display, and show ads in search engines and on partner pages.
• We may review, hold, edit the category of, reject, pause or remove any content, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law, or is harmful to users or to the service. We are not obliged to publish any ad.
• Ads run for a limited time and within the limits of your account or package. Limits and durations are shown when you post and may change for future ads.

5. Chat, offers and deals

• Chat and offers are tools to help users agree. An accepted offer records what two users agreed; it is not a payment and we do not enforce it.
• Do not use chat for spam, abuse, fraud or to collect other people's personal data.
• Messages may be checked automatically for fraud, and may be reviewed by authorised staff in the limited cases described in the privacy policy.

6. Services and quotations

Service providers on BUY.net.pk are independent. They are not our employees, agents or contractors. A quotation is the provider's own offer, and a booking is an agreement between the customer and the provider. We do not supervise the work, guarantee its quality or handle the payment. Providers also accept the service provider terms.

7. Paid features

• Posting within your free limit is free. Promotions (such as Featured, Top or Urgent) and packages are optional paid features. Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are shown before you pay.
• A paid feature gives your ad more visibility or your account more capacity. It does not guarantee views, calls, a sale or a price.
• A promotion applies to an ad that follows the rules. If an ad is removed for breaking them, the promotion ends without a refund.
• Manual payments are applied after we confirm that the money has arrived. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

8. Verification badges

A badge states one fact that we checked at one time: for example that a phone number was confirmed by code, or that an identity or business document was reviewed. A badge is not a recommendation, a guarantee of honesty or quality, or a promise about future conduct. See verification explained.

9. AI tools

The AI ad creator suggests text and details from what you provide. Suggestions can be wrong. You must check every line before you publish, and you remain responsible for the ad. Details are on the AI ad creator page.

10. What you must not do

• Post prohibited items or misleading, duplicate or unlawful content.
• Impersonate anyone, including our staff, or misstate your identity or connection with a business.
• Harass, threaten or defraud other users.
• Copy, scrape or harvest content or contact details, or use automated tools on the service without our written permission.
• Interfere with the service, try to gain unauthorised access, or get around limits, blocks or suspensions.
• Use the service for any purpose that is illegal in Pakistan.

11. Intellectual property

The BUY.net.pk name, logo, design, software and the selection and arrangement of content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, republish or build a competing database from it. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, write to contact@buy.net.pk with the link, proof of your rights and your contact details, and we will review it.

12. Links and partner sites

The service contains links to other websites, including our sister site Car.net.pk and official public services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

13. Suspension and closing an account

• You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may restrict, suspend or close an account, remove content or block a phone number if we reasonably believe these terms were broken, if there is a risk to users or to the service, or if the law requires it.
• Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as the licence for content already shared, disclaimers and limits of liability, remain in force after an account is closed.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any ad, user, item, service, badge, AI suggestion or piece of information on it is accurate or reliable. You use the service and deal with other users at your own risk.

15. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BUY.net.pk and its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any loss arising from deals or contact between users, from content posted by users, from the conduct of any user or provider, or from events outside our reasonable control; and not for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the paid feature concerned in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.

16. Your responsibility to us

If a claim is made against us because of your content, your deal with another user or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any problem directly. Disputes that cannot be settled in that way are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site or by message. If you continue to use the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
