Block
Blocking stops a person from sending you messages or offers. Use it when someone is rude, keeps messaging after you have said no, or makes you uncomfortable. They are not told that you blocked them. You can unblock later from your account.
Report
Report a conversation when someone:
- asks for an OTP, password or card details, or sends payment or "courier" links;
- asks for advance payment, or sends a fake payment screenshot;
- threatens, harasses or sends abusive or sexual messages;
- is spamming or advertising something unrelated.
Choose report in the conversation, pick a reason and add a note.
What moderators see
Chats are private. A report gives our moderation team a reason to open that conversation. Access is limited to authorised staff, and each time a justification is recorded. They may warn, restrict or suspend the account.
Do both
Blocking protects you; reporting protects the next person. If you are threatened or have lost money, also see if you think you have been scammed.
