The note on the ad gives the exact reason. These are the most common ones.
- Wrong category or city. Move it to the right one and submit again.
- Duplicate. The same item is already live in your account. Edit or renew that ad instead.
- Photos. Internet or catalogue pictures for a used item, another site's watermark, a phone number written on the picture, or photos that do not show the item.
- Contact details or links in the text. Remove them and use the contact options.
- Price. A fake low price, or an instalment entered as the full price.
- Not enough information. A one-word title or an empty description.
- Prohibited item. See the restricted and prohibited items list. These ads cannot be fixed.
- Looks like a scam pattern. For example, asking for advance payment or delivery charges in the text.
Fixing it
If the status is Changes requested, open the ad, correct what the note asks and submit. You do not need to start again. If it is Rejected and you believe that is a mistake, contact us with the ad link and a different member of the team will look at it.
Posting the same ad again without fixing it leads to restrictions on the account.
