Where notifications go
- On the site: the bell shows new messages, offers, ad status changes, quotations and bookings.
- Email: to your confirmed email address.
- WhatsApp: only if you have opted in to WhatsApp messages.
What you can change
In the notification settings of your account you can switch each kind of message on or off for each channel: chat messages and offers, ad updates (published, changes requested, expiring), saved-search alerts, bookings and quotations, and news and tips.
Always sent
A few messages cannot be switched off because your account depends on them: one-time codes, password resets, payment receipts and important notices about your account or our terms.
Newsletters
News and tips are sent only if you agreed to receive them. Every such message has an unsubscribe link, and you can also turn them off in your settings.
If messages stop arriving, check that your email and number are still correct and confirmed.
