Orders and invoices
Every purchase creates an order in your account with its status: awaiting payment, under review, paid, rejected, cancelled or refunded. When an order is paid you can download a PDF invoice from it.
Coupons
- Enter the coupon code on the checkout page before you pay. The discount is shown before you confirm.
- A coupon may apply only to certain products, need a minimum amount, have an end date, or be limited to one use per account.
- If a code is refused, the message tells you why.
Refunds
You get a refund when a paid feature was not delivered because of our error, when you were charged twice, or when an order was cancelled before it started. A promotion that has already run, or an ad removed for breaking the rules, is not refunded.
To ask, write to us within 7 days of the payment with your order number and the reason. We reply within 3 working days. The full conditions and timelines are in the refund policy.
Money paid to another user for an item or service is not covered. BUY.net.pk does not hold those payments.
