All your ads are in your account, grouped by status.
Edit
Open the ad and choose edit. You can change the price, text, photos and contact options. Lowering the price is the most effective edit when an ad is getting views but no messages. Small edits normally stay live; a major change may be reviewed again.
Pause
Pausing hides the ad from the site without ending it, for example while you are travelling or a buyer is deciding. Resume it when you are ready. The expiry date keeps counting while it is paused.
Delete
Deleting removes the ad from the site and from your active list. Its chats stay in your inbox. If the item was sold, mark it as sold rather than deleting it; that tells buyers what happened and keeps the site accurate.
Post a similar ad
For a second, similar item you can copy an existing ad and change what differs. Do not use this to post the same item twice; duplicates are removed.
