Keep a record
- Keep the receipt, the seller's name and number, and the chat. Do not delete the conversation.
- For a vehicle, complete the transfer in your name promptly. For a phone, sign in with your own account and check the warranty if one was promised.
Leave a review
You can review a seller when there was a real deal on BUY.net.pk: the seller accepted your offer, or marked the ad as sold to you. Give a rating and a few honest words about how the deal went. Reviews are checked before they appear, and the seller may reply once.
Reviews help the next buyer. Write about your own experience only; abusive or false reviews are removed.
If something went wrong
- Talk to the seller first, in the chat, calmly. Many problems are misunderstandings.
- A deal is between you and the seller. BUY.net.pk cannot reverse a payment or force a return.
- If you were deceived, for example a blocked phone sold as approved, report the ad and the chat so that we can act on the account.
- For fraud, see if you think you have been scammed.
