The Business verified badge on a store, and the verified badge on a provider profile, show that we reviewed documents supporting who you are.
Documents that help
- The owner's or authorised person's CNIC.
- Proof that the business exists: a registration or tax certificate, a trade licence, or a chamber or association membership.
- Proof of the location: a utility bill or tenancy agreement for the shop or office.
- For providers: any trade certificate or licence relevant to your work.
You do not need every one of these. Upload what you have; if it is not enough we will tell you what else is needed.
Steps
- Open the verification page in your business or provider dashboard.
- Upload the documents and add a short note if something needs explaining.
- Submit. A member of our team reviews the request and you are notified of the result.
After approval
- The badge appears on your store or profile and on your ads.
- If your business name, address or ownership changes, tell us; the check may need to be repeated.
- The badge can be removed if documents prove false or the account breaks the rules.
Documents are stored privately, as described in the privacy policy.
