BUY.net.pk is a Pakistani marketplace for classified ads and local services. You can buy and sell products, vehicles and property, open a business store, and ask service providers near you for a quotation.

Yes. Browsing, chatting and posting within your free ad limit cost nothing. You only pay if you choose a promotion for an ad or buy a package to post more.

No. Ads are posted by individuals and businesses. BUY.net.pk does not own, store or deliver the items, and it is not a party to any deal. You deal directly with the other person.

All of Pakistan. Choose your city at the top of the site to see ads near you, and narrow further to an area inside larger cities.

Yes. Use the language switch to change between English and Urdu. Ads appear in the language the seller wrote them in.

Use the contact form, email contact@buy.net.pk or call or WhatsApp 0321 4850003. For a problem with a particular ad or chat, the Report button there is the fastest route.

You can browse without one. You need a free account to post an ad, chat, make an offer, save ads or see a seller's phone number.

Log in, choose "Post free ad", add photos, pick the category, fill in the details and price, and submit. Most ads are published quickly after an automatic check.

A personal account can have 10 live ads at a time, and a business store 30. Sold, expired and deleted ads do not count.

Set your city with the location selector, then search or browse a category. In larger cities you can narrow results to an area.

BUY.net.pk works in your phone's browser and can be added to the home screen, where it opens like an app. Your account is the same everywhere.

45 days from the day it is published. We remind you before it ends, and you can renew it from your account if the item is still available.

Every ad is checked before it appears. Many go live at once; some wait for a person on our moderation team, and ads in categories such as property and animals are always reviewed by a person.

Open the ad in your account and read the note. Fix what it asks, such as the category, a photo or contact details in the text, and submit again. You do not need to post a new ad.

Up to 12 per ad. Use your own photos of the actual item, taken in good light, and include any faults.

Yes. Add photos or a short line and the AI ad creator drafts a title, category and description. It leaves out anything a photo cannot prove, such as PTA status or mileage, and you must check every line before you submit.

No. One item, one ad. Duplicate ads are removed. Choose the city where the item actually is and the category that fits it best.

No. Numbers and links in the title, description or photos get the ad sent back. Use the contact options instead: if you allow calls, logged-in buyers can ask to see your number.

Open the ad in your account and choose "Mark as sold". If you sold it to someone you chatted with here, select that buyer so they can leave you a review.

Open the ad and start a chat. If the seller allows calls or WhatsApp, you can ask to see the phone number after logging in.

Phone numbers are never printed on the public page. You must be logged in to request one, and some sellers choose chat only.

Where the seller allows offers, you send a price in the chat. The seller can accept, decline or send a counter offer. An unanswered offer expires after 72 hours. An accepted offer is an agreement on price, not a payment.

No. BUY.net.pk does not deliver, collect payment or hold money. Be careful with any seller who offers to courier an item if you pay first; this is a common scam.

They are paid promotions bought by the seller to get more attention. They are labelled so that you can tell them apart, and they say nothing about how trustworthy the seller is.

A purchase is an agreement between you and the seller, so any return is between the two of you. Inspect and test the item before you pay, and ask for a receipt. If you were deceived, report the ad and the chat.

Yes, after a real deal: when the seller accepted your offer or marked the ad as sold to you. Reviews are checked before they appear.

No. Asking for a token, advance or delivery charge before you have seen the item is the most common scam. Pay only at the handover, after you have inspected it.

No. Never share an OTP, PIN or password with anyone. Nobody needs your code to pay you, and BUY.net.pk staff will never ask for it.

Not yet. Screenshots and SMS messages can be faked. Open your own banking or wallet app and confirm the money has arrived before you give anything.

In a busy public place in daylight, such as a market, a mall or a bank branch. Take someone with you for valuable items, and tell family where you are going.

A badge states one thing we checked: a phone number, an identity document or business documents. It is not a guarantee of honesty or of the item. See verification explained.

Use the Report button on the ad or in the chat and choose a reason. Reports are confidential and go to our moderation team. You can also block a person so they cannot message you.

Chats are private. Messages pass automatic scam checks. A member of our moderation team can open a conversation only for a reason such as a report, after recording a justification, and each access is logged.

Only optional extras: promotions that make one ad more visible, and packages that let you post more ads or include promotions. Prices are on the pricing page.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. They include manual transfer by bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa: you send the exact amount, upload the receipt on the order, and the order is approved when our team finds the payment.

Payments are checked during working hours, normally the same day. You are notified when the order is approved, or if we need a clearer receipt.

No. A promotion gives your ad more visibility for a set number of days. Whether buyers contact you still depends on your photos, details and price.

Yes, if a paid feature was not delivered because of our error, if you were charged twice, or if the order was cancelled before it started. Ask within 7 days with your order number. See the refund policy.

Yes. Every paid order in your account has a PDF invoice you can download.

Do not pay. We accept payment only through the order page in your account, to the details shown there. Report the person to us.

A page for your shop or company on BUY.net.pk, with your logo, details and all your ads together. It comes with a higher free ad limit, staff accounts, bulk upload and reports.

Shops, dealers, agencies and anyone who sells regularly. If you sell items for your business from a personal account, we may ask you to switch to a store.

Upload documents that show your business exists, such as a registration or tax certificate and proof of the shop address, from the verification page of your business dashboard. Our team reviews them and tells you the result.

Yes. Add staff to your store with their own logins and choose what they can do. Remove their access when they leave; their ads stay with the store.

Yes. Business stores can fill in a spreadsheet template and upload it. Each row is checked, and rows with a problem are listed with the reason so you can correct them.

Open Services, choose what you need, and describe the job with your city and area. Providers who work in your area reply with quotations, and you accept the one you prefer.

No. Asking for quotations is free and you are not obliged to accept any of them.

Directly, when the work is done as agreed. BUY.net.pk does not collect or hold payments for services. Avoid paying the full amount in advance.

Providers see the job details and your area. Your exact address is shared only with the provider whose quotation you accept.

New provider profiles are reviewed before they appear. A verified badge means we checked identity or business documents. It is not a test of skill, so read reviews from completed bookings and agree the price in writing in the chat.

Log in and open "Become a provider". Add your services, how you charge, your city and the areas you cover. Your profile appears after it is approved.

Talk to the provider first. You can raise a dispute on the booking, and we will ask both sides what happened and may restrict a provider, but we cannot make either side pay. Your review also helps other customers.

Wait a minute and request a new one, check the number or email is correct, and look in your spam folder for email codes. After too many requests, codes pause for a while for security.

Use a password you do not use elsewhere and turn on two-factor authentication in your security settings. You can also see which devices are logged in and sign out any you do not recognise.

Open the verification section of your account and upload clear photos of your CNIC. A member of our team reviews it. Other users see only the badge, never your document.

Yes. Enter the new one in your account and confirm it with the code we send to it.

Request an export from the privacy section of your account. We prepare a file and notify you when it is ready to download.

Request deletion from the privacy section of your account. Your ads are removed and your personal details are erased or made anonymous, normally within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept.

Open your notification settings and switch off what you do not want. Security codes, receipts and important account notices are always sent.

Car.net.pk is the sister site of BUY.net.pk, run by the same team. It is made only for cars: used cars, selling your car, inspection, insurance and financing.

Yes. Post it in Vehicles, then Cars, like any other ad. You can list the same car on Car.net.pk as well; mark it as sold on both sites when it sells.

No. The two sites have separate accounts, and we do not pass your account, ads or chats from one to the other.

They are arranged on Car.net.pk, not by BUY.net.pk. The prices and terms shown on Car.net.pk apply.

We add a tag that says the visit came from BUY.net.pk so that we can count how many visitors we send. It does not identify you.
