The ID verified badge shows buyers and sellers that our team has seen an identity document in your name.
- Open the verification section of your account.
- Enter your name exactly as it is on your CNIC.
- Upload clear photos of the front and back of the card. All four corners should be visible, nothing covered, and the text easy to read.
- Submit the request.
Review
A member of our team checks the document. You are notified when it is approved, when we need a clearer photo, or when it is declined, with the reason. While it is pending you can keep using your account as normal.
Your documents
- They are kept in private storage and opened only by authorised staff for this check.
- Other users see only the badge, never the document or your ID number.
- We keep the result, your name and the last four digits of the ID number.
Rules
- Use your own, valid document. Someone else's or an edited one leads to permanent suspension.
- The name on the account should match the document.
