Yes. Every person can have 10 ads online at the same time for free, and a business store 30. Each ad stays online for 45 days and can be renewed. We do not take any commission when you sell.
No. Promotions and plans are optional. A free ad has photos, chat, call and WhatsApp buttons like any other ad.
It gives one ad more attention for the days you choose: a Featured or Urgent label, a place above normal ads in its category, or a place on the home page. Promoted ads are always labelled, and we do not promise a number of views or a sale.
Place the order from your account, pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast to the account shown on your order page, then upload the screenshot. We usually check within 24 hours and your order becomes active as soon as it is confirmed.
No. We never charge you by ourselves. We remind you before your plan ends; if you do not renew, your store moves to the Free plan.
Nothing is deleted. Ads above the Free limit are paused and you choose which ones stay online, or renew to bring all of them back.
If you paid and did not get what you ordered, contact us with your order number. Approved refunds are sent back by bank transfer or wallet and you get a credit note. See the refund policy for details.
Pay only to the account shown on your own order page inside BUY.net.pk. We never ask for payment on a call or to a personal number, and we never ask for your card number, PIN or OTP.
The plan has no practical limit for a normal business. A fair-use cap applies to stop abuse; if you need more, contact us.
