Logged-in devices
The security section of your account lists the devices and browsers where you are logged in, with the last time each was used. If you see one you do not recognise, or you logged in on someone else's phone, sign that session out. You can also sign out every other device at once.
Change your password
- Open the security section and choose to change your password.
- Enter your current password, then the new one twice.
Choose a password you do not use on any other site. A short sentence is easier to remember and harder to guess than a single word with a number.
Forgot your password?
Use "Forgot password" on the login page. We send a reset link or code to your confirmed email or number. The link works once and expires after a short time.
If you think someone got in
- Change your password at once and sign out all other devices.
- Turn on two-factor authentication.
- Check your ads, chats and profile for changes you did not make.
- Tell us, so we can look for misuse.
