These options are in the privacy section of your account. Each one creates a request that our team processes; you can see its status there.
Export your data
Ask for a copy of the information linked to your account, such as your profile, ads and orders. When the file is ready you are notified and can download it from the same page while you are logged in.
Deactivate
Deactivating hides your profile and ads without erasing anything. Use it if you want a break. Log in again to come back.
Delete
- Deleting is permanent. Your ads are removed from the site, and your personal details are erased or made anonymous, normally within 30 days.
- Finish or cancel open bookings and orders first.
- Some records must be kept even after deletion, such as invoices required for accounting and records of fraud or bans. The privacy policy lists them.
- Messages you sent remain visible to the people you sent them to, without your profile details.
For your safety we may ask you to confirm your identity with a code before a request is accepted. If you cannot log in, write to us from the email or number on the account.
